Ashvarya has nearly two decades of experience as an investor and entrepreneur across India and the US. His background includes private equity, early-stage investing, and software entrepreneurship. He holds a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ishaan has 4 years of experience spanning hybrid investing and legal practice. He has worked at DMI Finance and the law firm Desai Diwanji. He holds an LLB and an LLM from King’s College London.

Issac brings 15 years of experience in finance, regulatory affairs, and taxation. He has worked at BDO, PwC, EverSource, and Filter Capital. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce.

Munirul has 2 years of experience in credit and hybrid investing. He has previously worked at DMI Finance, Investec, and BDO. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce.

Pooja has 14+ years of experience in HR, office administration, and executive assistance to senior leadership. She has worked with ICICI Prudential, First Abu Dhabi Bank, JLL, and others. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Shakindraa has 18 years of experience across Investments and Corporate Strategy. As Founding Member of RMB Capitalworks, he leads Enterprise Technology investments and is strategically involved in deals across all sectors. Previously, he helped pioneer Solution Capital at DMI Finance through investments and exits across multiple sectors and geographies. Shakindraa holds a BE in Computer Science and an MBA from K.J. Somaiya, Mumbai.
